Timing logistics, answered

The questions we hear most often from race directors booking timing for the first time.

We recommend locking in your date at least 90 days out, especially for spring and fall weekends when equipment and crew schedules fill quickly. We can often accommodate shorter notice — reach out and we'll confirm availability for your specific date.
Both. We can supply pre-numbered bibs with integrated chips, or work with bibs you've already ordered and layer on disposable or reusable chip timing. Let us know your preference on the quote form and we'll price it accordingly.
Yes — multi-distance events (like a combined 5K and 10K) and staggered wave starts are two of the most common formats we run. We assign timing splits and results reporting by distance and wave so results stay accurate and easy to read.
Our crew monitors conditions leading into race morning and carries weatherproofed equipment as standard. If your event needs to delay, shorten, or cancel for safety reasons, we work with your team on the decision and adjust our on-site plan in real time.
Live results are available during the event itself. Awards-ready standings are ready at your ceremony, and we deliver a certified final results file — including any post-race corrections — within 24 hours.
