For Runners

Training built around your life, not the other way around.

Whether you're chasing a first 5K finish or shaving minutes off a marathon PR, coaching from Frontline Running adapts to your mileage, your schedule, and how your body actually responds — not a generic plan pulled off a shelf.

Coaching, matched to how you race.

Tell us what you're training for and we'll point you to the tier our athletes at that distance use most.

How coaching works

The same relationship, whether you're training for your first race or your tenth.

01

Intake & Goal-Setting

We start with your goal race, current mileage, injury history, and the schedule you're actually working with.

02

Individualized Plan

Your coach builds a plan around that intake — not a stock template resized to fit.

03

Ongoing Adjustment

As training logs and feedback come in, your plan adjusts to how your body is actually responding.

Coaching logistics, answered

What runners usually want to know before starting a plan.

Not at all. We coach first-time 5K runners just as often as returning marathoners — your plan is built from your current fitness and experience, not an assumed baseline.
Training-plan clients get one scheduled check-in plus a revision partway through. 1-on-1 monthly clients get weekly log reviews and direct messaging access between sessions for questions as they come up.
Tell your coach as soon as it happens. We'll adjust your plan around recovery, and where it makes sense, suggest cross-training that keeps your fitness moving without aggravating the issue. We're not a substitute for medical care, so we'll always defer to guidance from your physician or physical therapist.
Yes. Runners often start with a Personalized Training Plan and move to 1-on-1 Monthly Coaching as race day gets closer and they want tighter feedback — just reach out and we'll transition your plan.
Our core programming is built around road races from the 5K through the marathon. If you're training for a trail or ultra event, reach out through the contact page and we'll let you know if it's a fit.
