Privacy Policy

Frontline Running is a race timing and run and ruck coaching business based in Holliston, Massachusetts. This policy explains what information we collect through frontlinerunning.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email cmarden@frontlinerunning.com.

Information we collect

• Forms. When you send a quote request, contact message, discount request, or coaching intake, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number (optional), event details, and your message.
• Coaching intake. Your goals, experience, current training, availability, and any injuries or health limitations you choose to share. Share only what you’re comfortable with; we use it to build your training.
• Accounts. Client portal accounts include your name, email, a password (stored only as a one-way scrambled version, never in plain text), and the invoices, quotes, notes, and documents we add for you. Club members sign in with RunSignup; we receive your name, email, and whether you hold a current club membership, and we match you to your race results.
• Race results. Results come from RunSignup, where they are typically posted publicly for each event.
• Reviews. The name, rating, and text you submit. Reviews appear on our site only after we approve them.
• Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us the details of your purchase, such as your name, email, what you bought, and the amount.
• Technical information. We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in to the client and member portals. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies or analytics. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and race logos on the Events, Results, and Partners pages from RunSignup, so your browser contacts those services when such a page loads.

How we use it

To respond to your questions and requests; to provide race timing and coaching; to run accounts, memberships, and results lookups; to send service emails such as confirmations and account invitations; to process payments and verify discounts; to keep the site working and secure; and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the business. They handle information for us under their own policies:

• Hostinger (website hosting, database, and business email)
• Formspree (delivers form submissions to us)
• Resend (sends our emails)
• Stripe (payments)
• RunSignup (race registration, results, and club membership)
• Google Fonts (fonts)

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people’s safety.

Health and coaching information

We use what you tell us about your health only to build and adjust your training. We are coaches, not medical providers. Please don’t send us more health detail than you need to, and never send Social Security numbers, bank details, or full ID numbers.

Military and first responder verification

If you claim our first responder and military discount, we may ask for a simple proof of service. We use it only to confirm your eligibility. Please cover personal numbers, and never send a Social Security number.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business records, and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will unless we need to keep it for those reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, ask us to remove or edit a review you submitted, or tell us to stop sending non-essential emails. Email cmarden@frontlinerunning.com. Race results are generally published publicly by the event; contact us if you have a concern about yours.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No website or system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
