These terms apply when you use frontlinerunning.com or buy from Frontline Running. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them. Questions? Email cmarden@frontlinerunning.com.

Our services

Frontline Running provides race timing, run and ruck coaching, and a club membership, along with this website.

Coaching and fitness

• Our coaching and training plans are not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting any training program, especially if you have a health condition or injury.
• Running and rucking involve a real risk of injury. You are responsible for training within your limits and for stopping and getting care if something hurts.
• Please give us accurate information on your intake form. Your plan is only as good as what we know.
• We can’t guarantee any result or finish time.

Not a crisis service

Frontline Running is not a crisis service. If you are struggling, call or text 988 (Veterans press 1). In an emergency, call 911.

Purchases, billing, and cancellations

• Prices are shown on our website when you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• 1-on-1 Monthly Coaching is billed monthly until you cancel. To cancel, email us before your next billing date.
• If something isn’t right with a purchase, email us and we’ll work with you. Refunds are reviewed case by case.

First responder and military discount

The discount is available to eligible active-duty, National Guard, Reserve, and veteran clients and to first responders in law enforcement, fire, and EMS, after we verify your service. It covers our coaching plans and club membership only, and does not apply to race registration on RunSignup. The discount percentage is the one shown on our website when you buy. Codes are personal and can’t be transferred or shared. We may change or end the discount at any time; this does not affect purchases you have already made.

Club membership

Club membership is purchased through RunSignup and is also subject to RunSignup’s terms. Membership benefits, including member pricing on the Frontline Running App, may change as the club grows.

Race timing

Prices on our quote form are estimates. We confirm the final price and terms for your event in your quote. If we have a separate agreement with a race director for an event, that agreement controls for that event.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Reviews and what you submit

Reviews and other content you submit must be your own, truthful, and lawful. We review reviews before publishing and may decline or remove any of them. By submitting one, you let us display it on our website.

Acceptable use

Please don’t attempt to break into, disrupt, or copy data from the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Race results

Race results come from RunSignup. We work to keep them accurate, and you can contact us to ask for a correction.

Our content

The text, design, and logos on this site belong to Frontline Running. Please ask before using them.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, the website and our services are provided “as is,” and Frontline Running is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
